Job Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects from start to finish.
• Monitor activities in conjunction with the Production Management team to ensure the project is built per contract, on time, and within the set budgets with the utmost quality.
•   Communicate the status of construction to Production management daily at the allotted time given.
• Verify completion of work and approve invoices for all sub-contractors and vendors as submitted based on the scope of work and Dalamar Quality Standards.
• Schedule and conduct pre-construction meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, etc.
