Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for small to mid-sized commercial and residential construction projects.

This is a hybrid remote and in-person role. Pre-Con meetings, job site visits, site supervision, training and operation meetings are in the field. Estimating can be done from a personal office or at our North Lake location.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Track and report on project progress

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in construction management or related fields; estimating/bidding experience is a must!
• Familiarity with construction management software; including Blue Beam or AutoCAD and Procore.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
