GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for designing, implementing, and providing support for applications, systems, and IT products required to enable Cardinal's business objectives.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Requires in-depth knowledge of organization-stated technology standards, procedures, and methods. Requires experience with multiple development methodologies. Translates and interprets functional requirements documentation for medium projects. Develops solutions for the organization's core application systems and supports interfacing systems. Assists in system/application integrations. Performs application development utilizing in-depth knowledge of structure, features, and programming language. Skills
Required Skills:
7 years' experience in a related field - managing and developing solutions on Salesforce.com platform with a key focus on developing order management capabilities/functions. In-depth understanding of technical configuration, customization, and integration concepts for Salesforce. Strong technical knowledge in delivering solution stack using Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud). Integration experience with Salesforce (APIs). Strong experience in following code languages: Apex, HTML/CSS, Aura (Lightning), and LWC. Technical expertise in sales force automation, customer relationship management, and support. Experience in integrations between external systems and Salesforce using REST APIs. Technical experience in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) for Salesforce is a plus. Strong understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design Parameters, Governor Limits, Shared Platform Best Practices. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
