POSITION : Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer
LOCATION : Commutable from Leeds , Sheffield, Doncaster, York , Hull , Harrogate, Grimsby , Scunthorpe, Lincoln , Barnsley , Rotherham, Scarborough
The client offers a hybrid mix of home working and office based work
HOURLY RATE : Negotiable hourly rate - Range £21 ph - £27 ph . Ltd Co ( outside IR 35) or PAYE options available
THE ROLE : This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer to join our client on a long term freelance basis. They offer the opportunity to work as part of a multi disciplinary team on a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects. Typically these projects will be valued between £40k to £400k. The working hours are 37 hours per week. Hybrid working is available 2 / 3 days in the office.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING : Previous experience working as a Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer including the Design of schemes using AutoCAD Well developed technical understanding of standards and codes of practice The ability to produce building services specifications on construction projects Established IT skills with Microsoft Project programmes Full driving licence Qualifications to NVQ Level 4 in a Building Services discipline would be desirable, however...
