The Role
This position offers the opportunity to design and deliver high-quality, compliant lighting schemes across a varied portfolio of projects including:

Commercial landlord portfolios
*
Public sector and local authority buildings
*
Intelligent / smart building environments
*
External areas and car parks
You will be responsible for producing technically robust, energy-efficient designs that meet regulatory standards while delivering practical and visually effective solutions for clients.
Key Duties
*
Produce detailed lighting layouts and calculations tailored to client briefs
*
Create technical drawings using industry software (Relux/Dialux and AutoCAD or equivalent)
*
Undertake site visits, lighting surveys, and lux level assessments
*
Recommend suitable luminaires, emergency lighting and control systems
*
Prepare energy-saving and return-on-investment reports
*
Ensure compliance with current building regulations and lighting standards
