defence sector
is seeking a
Security by Design Architect
to join a long-term programme focused on strengthening the security posture across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms. This role is critical to ensuring that
security principles are embedded throughout the full development lifecycle , helping teams deliver secure, compliant, and resilient systems.
Candidates must be
freelance contractors and have Security clearance or eligible for Security clearance due to the nature of the programme.
Key Responsibilities Implement
Security by Design principles
across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. Define and maintain
secure development standards and guidelines
for engineering teams. Collaborate with development and architecture teams to embed
security requirements early in the SDLC . Design and implement
