We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer III to support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and repair activities across a multi-site network environment.
This role involves extensive hands-on work with routers from Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, and Ciena, including advanced series models.
The ideal candidate brings strong diagnostic skills, NOC experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair activities across multiple network sites. Support incident identification, analysis, and resolution within a NOC or repair environment. Work with routers from Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, and Ciena, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Diagnose complex issues related to routing, connectivity, and network stability. Support overnight troubleshooting efforts as needed (remote, 12:00 AM-6:00 AM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of network-impacting issues. Document findings, resolutions, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong willingness to learn. Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Network Engineering. Strong troubleshooting background in a NOC or repair environment. Experience supporting multi-site network infrastructures. Hands-on experience with: Cisco 7000 and 9000 series routers Juniper NX480 and NX960 routers Nokia 7210 and 7750 routers Ciena 5110 and 5150 routers Ability to work overnight shifts when required (remote). Strong analytical skills and a proactive, motivated work style. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the telecommunications industry. Strong desire to learn and take initiative in resolving complex issues. Certifications
