Location: Dallas, TX - On-site
Compensation: Up to 200K
What you'll do:
- Oversee a team of Fullstack Software Engineers including both onshore and off shore team members, including code reviews, driving direction, and contributing to upskilling the team.
- Take ownership of the designing and building of fullstack applications in the Microsoft stack including: Azure, C#, React,and Node.
- Architect cloud native solutions ensuring scalability, high performance, and security.
- Define architecture standards and provide production support
Required skills:
- 8+ years of fullstack experience in C# and React
- Strong architecture experience including cloud native and web application architectures
- 4 + years of experience in management and mentorship
- Extensive experience in micro-services and event driven architecture
Preferred skills:
- SQL
- Docker
- CI/CD
- Python
