Your Role As a part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will contribute to the Teradata Vantage platform—a cloud-native, service-oriented architecture designed to revolutionize enterprise analytics. We're looking for passionate engineers to create intelligent, scalable, and secure cloud services that leverage AI for automation and optimization. In this role, you will design and implement solutions that utilize AI and data-driven insights to manage and scale infrastructure across major cloud providers, including Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure. Join us in a dynamic environment that values innovation, reliability, and automation, as we drive the evolution of self-managing cloud systems. Key Responsibilities Create cloud services that oversee compute, networking, and control-plane operations across multiple cloud platforms.
Automate workflows for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using intelligent agents.
Develop threat models to guarantee the security and compliance of our cloud services.
Team Collaboration You will work alongside a diverse Cloud Engineering team within our Product Engineering organization, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative solutions. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
3+ years of experience in building and managing distributed systems on public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
Proficiency in DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Familiarity with AI/ML models or APIs for process automation or performance insights.
Preferred Skills Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Experience working with Teradata, RDBMS, or NoSQL databases.
Understanding of observability frameworks.
Enthusiasm for using AI-assisted software development tools.

Salary Range: 111800.00 - 139800.00 - 167700.00 Annually Compensation will vary based on location, role-related experience, and skills.
