Summary
The Manager - Logistics Planning (Data Analytics) will be responsible for overseeing all tasks and personnel related to supply chain planning, including creating/developing wholesale forecast and reporting that will support our customers' business/operation plan. This role will also be responsible for analyzing large dataset to develop the most efficient operational plans. The position plays a key role in providing data-driven insights that support decision-making for both clients and senior management.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain regional and model level forecasts that reflect client requirements, incorporating retail trends, inventory status, and other relevant factors Design and maintain dashboarding using PowerBI or others to help internal teams and senior management understand current wholesale and operational performance Develop plans and strategies to support each client's regional and model level wholesale objective through data-driven analysis Conduct strategic analysis of vehicle inventory levels at all key steps of the supply chain (arrivals, allocations, processing, deliveries) Proactively identify and address supply and wholesale challenges to ensure operational targets are met Analyze clients' auto sales trend and overall logistics pipeline to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual long-term plans. Providing coaching, training, and guidance to personnel on daily tasks Develop process and reporting to accurate record keeping of wholesale and mark trends Oversee the completion and accuracy of existing reports and implementation of new reporting that will add value for customers based on feedback and market trends Coordinate and support Port, VPC, and VL for operational improvement through data analysis. $101,000 - $113,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
