Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing on Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to validate change requests. Execute test cases, regression tests, and functional testing to ensure system integrity and performance. Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and inconsistencies using a tracking system (e.g., Jira). Verify data accuracy, user workflows, and system behaviors across different Salesforce environments. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure expected outcomes. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support, ensuring business requirements are met before deployment. Follow established QA processes and best practices to maintain a high standard of testing. Provide feedback on user experience (UX) and potential system improvements. Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution results
