Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
EACX Lead
to drive data-driven customer experience and analytics initiatives across Financial Services and Marketing domains. This role will lead insight generation, advanced analytics, and CX strategy by collaborating with business, data, and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong domain expertise in Banking & Payments, excellent client-facing skills, and hands-on experience with analytics and machine learning tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support
business intelligence, data science, data engineering, and data product initiatives
across customer experience (CX) and marketing domains. Drive analytics for
UX Research, CX Analysis, Market Research, Web Content Publishing, and Personalization Deployments . Extract actionable insights and build analytical models using
advanced analytics and machine learning techniques . Leverage
domain-specific data products
to generate meaningful insights that support business decision-making. Collaborate closely with
Domain Data Stewards and Data Product Owners
to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven hypotheses and solutions. Analyze gaps between
business needs and existing systems , and propose optimal functional and analytical solutions. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively through
visualizations, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations . Provide
client management and leadership , working effectively across cross-functional teams including business, technology, and analytics stakeholders. Influence and guide stakeholders toward
data-driven strategies and CX improvements . Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience
in analytics, data science, or CX roles within
Financial Services (Banking & Payments)
and Marketing domains. Strong experience supporting
Business Intelligence, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Products . Hands-on expertise with
Python-based analytics tools , including
DataRobot and Jupyter Notebooks . Solid understanding of
machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics techniques . Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights. Strong experience in
gap analysis, solution design, and functional problem-solving . Excellent
client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills . Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership. Nice to Have
Experience working in
enterprise-scale CX or personalization platforms . Exposure to
marketing analytics, customer journey analytics, or personalization engines . Experience leading or mentoring analytics teams.
