Additionally, we allocate a portion of our sequencer revenue to support public goods. What You'll Do: Design and maintain robust backend systems in Golang that power the Base platform.
Leverage Kubernetes and Cloud services to automate and sustain critical blockchain infrastructures.
Engage in research and prototype innovative solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency and scalability of blockchain clients.
What We Look For: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or systems engineering.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying scalable features in core backend systems.
Familiarity with modern trends and best practices in infrastructure and systems design.
Ability to produce high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Nice to Haves: Proficient in Golang, Geth, Foundry, Solidity, or other crypto-related tools.
Experience contributing to open-source crypto projects such as OP Stack or Base.
Knowledgeable about Kubernetes and cloud providers like AWS or GCP.

The targeted annual salary for this position ranges from $186,065 to $218,900 USD. Full-time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
