About
We are looking to hire a strong Data Analyst for our Bay Area-based client. You will work extensively on
SQL
and
Tableau .
We prefer the person to be based in the Bay Area. You will work 3 days on-site at the client location (Santa Clara).
Required skills: • Bachelor's Degree in IT / Engineering.
•
5+ years
of relevant work experience. • Strong experience in
SQL
is required including writing complex queries, sub-queries, etc. • Proficiency in building visualization using
Tableau
is required . • Good experience working with
Microsoft Excel. • Ability to work independently and with business stakeholders. • Prior experience in creating Tableau dashboards related to
HR/People Analytics
is a plus. • Prior experience in creating tables and views within
Snowflake
is a major plus. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Strong team player and results-driven. • Go-getter attitude.
Responsibilities: • Develop and optimize data architecture to support the data needs of our rapidly growing business •
Mine data to create new Insights into various areas as required by the business. • Enhance Analytics automation and reduce the time taken to arrive at decision-making analysis. • Creating high-impact Tableau dashboards and data visualizations • Manage Databases (including creating new Tables, Views, and Functions as required)
