Moreover, we allocate a portion of our sequencer revenue to support public goods. What You'll Do: Develop and maintain backend systems in Golang that power the Base platform.
Utilize Kubernetes and Cloud services for automating and maintaining essential blockchain infrastructures.
Participate in research and prototype innovative solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency and scalability of blockchain clients.
What We Look For: At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or systems engineering.
A proven track record of developing and shipping scalable features in core backend systems.
Familiarity with contemporary trends and best practices in infrastructure and systems design.
Ability to write high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Nice to Haves: Proficiency in Golang, Geth, Foundry, Solidity, or other crypto-related tools.
Experience contributing to open-source crypto projects, such as OP Stack or Base.
Knowledgeable in Kubernetes and cloud providers like AWS or GCP.

The targeted annual salary for this position can range from $186,065 to $218,900 USD. Full-time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
