YOUR IMPACT As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology initiatives. Here are some of your key responsibilities: Design innovative cloud platforms and automation solutions. Create and enhance code-driven automation strategies that maintain consistency across development, testing, and production environments. Develop long-term automation solutions using scripting and programming languages (such as Groovy, Shell, Python, Terraform, or Java/JavaScript). Provide technical leadership and implementation advice for UI, APIs, and microservices. Collaborate with development teams to promote best practices, design patterns, and operational standards. Evaluate new architectural concepts and suggest enhancements focused on infrastructure and security. Support reliability engineering efforts and participate in on-call rotations for mission-critical and revenue-impacting cloud services. YOUR DELIVERABLES Design and implement enterprise-level DevOps architectures, reference patterns, and tooling strategies. Implement and manage CI/CD tools and pipelines across the organization (GitLab preferred). Ensure seamless, secure, and scalable software builds and deployments for Agile teams. Configure, tune, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS preferred). Maintain and support containerized applications using Docker or similar technologies. YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Technology or a related field. Four (4) years of experience with CI tools such as GitLab (preferred) or Bamboo. Four (4) years of experience architecting and developing automation processes for Continuous Delivery. Three (3) years of experience managing Kubernetes. Three (3) years of experience on AWS cloud platforms. Proficiency in Bash scripting/programming. Experience supporting reliability initiatives and on-call rotations. This is a hybrid role requiring proximity to our Memphis, Dallas, or McLean office locations. Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed. ADDITIONAL USEFUL QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least six (6) years of tech experience; or a high school diploma/GED with twelve (12) years of tech experience. Seven (7) years of experience in technology roles. Five (5) years of experience with CI tools (GitLab or Bamboo), cloud, and Kubernetes platforms. One (1) year of supervisory experience. Expertise in Python or Terraform scripting.
