About the Position As a Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you'll be at the forefront of creating innovative solutions that automate processes and provide scalable analytics. Your role involves extracting, cleansing, and blending data from a variety of sources, developing intuitive visualizations, and collaborating with business stakeholders, DT, and Data Science teams to deliver high-quality results promptly. Key Responsibilities Lead process automation and data analytics projects using advanced BI tools.
Extract, cleanse, and integrate data from both internal and external sources.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, DT, and Data Science to enhance and sustain BI solutions.
Design and develop clear, impactful visualizations that guide business strategies.
Oversee project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates and actionable plans.
What You Need to Succeed Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related area; or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business operations focusing on data analytics, BI development, or process automation.
Tools: Expertise in at least one BI or automation tool (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, Smartsheet) with a capacity to learn new tools swiftly.
Data Skills: Proficient in data preparation techniques including cleansing, joins, and transformations, along with experience in blending data across multifaceted systems.
Visualization: Strong ability to create clear and actionable dashboards and reports that promote decision-making.
Execution: Proven track record of documenting, planning, and delivering projects on schedule while ensuring thorough follow-through.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly insights.

Background in a functional area such as operations, finance, supply chain, or commercial.
Familiarity with applying FLIGHT DECK principles to promote standard work and drive continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented, fast learner with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver results timely.
Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and learning.
The base pay range for this position is $126,000.00 - $168,000.00 USD per year. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, and skills. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary or commission per the established plan. This job posting will close on 01/31/26.
