Network Engineer
Assists in carrying out recommended updates to network and network security equipment.
Keeps Track of IT hardware orders, receive, inventory, tag, store and ship based on project requirements , in a timely manner.
Role Descriptions:
1. Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction to the highest levels
2. Assists in carrying out recommended updates to network and network security equipment
3. Creates and maintains technical and end-user documentation for specific IT service or set of services
4. Monitors specific IT service or set of services for availability and performance and reports anomalies through predefined process.
5. Support outages and aid in root cause analysis of Network and related outages or incident trends
