Job Overview Join our innovative team as a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Business Intelligence and Analytics. In this key role, you'll have the chance to design and develop cutting-edge software solutions for databases, applications, and networks. Your technical leadership will be crucial in guiding your peers and driving project success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a talented team to create next-generation Cloud-based Business Intelligence and performance management applications.
Engage with Oracle's premier product development team throughout the entire development lifecycle, collaborating closely with product management, development, QA, documentation, marketing, and support to deliver exceptional product features.
Partner with BI and ERP/SCM application teams to design and implement BI products that integrate seamlessly with business processes and provide real-time analytics capabilities.
Your Qualifications We seek candidates with a minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience in Business Intelligence, particularly in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sectors. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and quality assurance for large-scale commercial product development.
Proficient in relational database concepts, data warehousing, SQL, and experienced with analytics tools like OBIEE/OAC.
Familiar with SCM or ERP domains such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Fulfillment, Manufacturing, or Financials.
Experience in cloud/SAAS environments and integrating with leading business applications.
Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering impactful executive presentations.
Proven ability to integrate quality into products from the beginning, with a solid history in test automation and recognized development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to critically assess complex architectural and business challenges.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred; a master's degree is a plus.
Familiarity with Python, Java, or Visual Builder.
An interest or background in AI, ML, or Generative AI technologies.
Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $79,200 to $178,100 per year, with the possibility of bonuses and equity opportunities.
