Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a
Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work with one of our global professional services and investment management clients, to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across commercial retail and office sites throughout
NorthLondon, Watford, Hertfordshire and Berkshire. Reporting into the local management team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault finding and repairing a wide range of air conditioning and associated mechanical systems. This is a mobile role, requiring a professional, client-facing approach and the ability to work independently across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities
Carry out
PPM and reactive maintenance
on air conditioning systems
Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults efficiently
Undertake
installations, retrofits and system replacements
where required
Work on
Split systems, VRF/VRV, AHUs, DX systems
and some central plant
Complete remedial works and
produce quotations
following service visits
