About
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect proficient with Data Cloud and Salesforce Agentforce to spearhead the implementation of autonomous AI agents. You will serve as the strategic advisor for our AI roadmap, translating business needs into agentic solutions that leverage Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce Service/Sales Agents.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Agentforce, providing guidance on platform capabilities, architecture patterns, and best practices.
Agent Design & Deployment: Design and build custom Agentforce Agents for autonomous workflows, including intent design, prompt templates, and natural language interactions.
Technical Integration: Architect end-to-end solutions that unify Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to ensure agents have the "grounding" data needed for accurate responses.
Data Modeling & Strategy: Design data models, pipelines, and transformations for ingestion, harmonization, and enrichment within Salesforce Data Cloud.
