hat this role is all about: Enterprise is designed to empower our people to deliver strategic initiatives within customer-centric journeys. This exciting content designer role will form part of our cross-functional team who is accountable for the end-to-end digital experience in our Health Policy journey. As content designer, you will be responsible for developing content design solutions for our vitality.co.uk website and logged in areas. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and reviewing content around the end-to-end user journeys leveraging data and research both internally and externally. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders alongside a cross functional team of product and UX to craft journeys which balance user and business needs.
