An ambitious and growing main contractor is looking for a junior, developing Design Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in construction design coordination while working on a variety of high-profile residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate design information between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Support preparation and review of project drawings, schedules, and documentation.
Track design revisions and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with planning conditions, building regulations, and project requirements.
Attend design meetings and assist senior team members with reporting.
Contribute to improving design coordination processes.
Candidate Requirements Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Some experience in a construction or design environment is advantageous.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
