We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to drive operational excellence across our sales and channel teams, ensuring all deals are tracked, quotes and agreements are prepared, and follow-ups are executed promptly. Youll streamline processes, maintain timely communication with prospects, and enable the team to focus on building relationships and closing business.
Key Responsibilities
Compile quotes for the CRO and Channel Manager promptly and within agreed timeframes Use the pricing calculator and record all commercial details in the Line Items section of the HubSpot deal. Generate a formal proposal within Proposify using the template and make copy changes where necessary. Share quotes with the CRO and Channel Manager for review, then send approved quotes to the prospect and update HubSpot accordingly. Create and send NDAs, partner and reseller agreements.
