This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a fast-paced contact centre environment where strong performance is recognised and rewarded. The Role As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable products. You will work towards individual sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service. Key responsibilities include: Handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products Converting enquiries into sales while meeting and exceeding targets Building strong relationships with customers and providing a professional service Working collaboratively within a sales-focused team environment Key Requirements Proven track record within a sales role, ideally within the insurance sector Excellent communication and negotiation skills
