Your Role as Nursery Manager

As our Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our children and team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a dedicated early years team.
  • Ensuring outstanding childcare and practices aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Driving quality improvement and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ).
  • Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
