Qualifications
- The ideal candidate brings prior experience in network deployment or infrastructure coordination and can operate effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑tower environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical project coordination roles within IT infrastructure or networking environments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure delivery environments (network or storage preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Clarity
- Expertise in supporting structured governance and fast‑moving delivery cycles
Responsibilities
- Supports the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, communication, and delivery execution for the SDA (Software-Defined Access) and SD-WAN modernization program
- Coordinate migration schedules, facilitating vendor and engineering communication, manage readiness tasks, maintain program documentation, and support tower cutover execution
- Ensure effective coordination across tower migration activities, vendor engagement, hardware deployment, and cutover readiness
- Maintain and update master schedules for SDA tower migrations, onboarding, and cutovers, aligned with CA migration plans.
- Coordinate program meetings including steering committees, weekly stand-ups, technical workshops, and cutover readiness reviews.
- Track critical dependencies (hardware delivery, site surveys, Bell onboarding, DNAC configuration) and proactively escalate risks or conflicts.
- Act as the central coordination point across PMO, Network Engineering, Bell Managed Services, Site Operations, and tower leadership.
- Prepare and distribute weekly status reports, tower communications, and executive-ready updates.
- Track network hardware delivery and site readiness in line with SOW requirements (deploy, install, configure, test, validate).
- Support cutover weekends by managing progress tracking, issue logs, and communication bridges.
- Monitor validation activities (Wi-Fi, connectivity, SDA fabric) and ensure documentation is centrally maintained.
- Produce concise program reporting covering tower status, milestones, risks/issues, and vendor readiness.
- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and PMO documentation; support audits, project reviews, and steering committees.
