Strategy Analyst – 12 Month Contract
Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia (Hybrid – currently 2–3 days onsite, moving to 4 days/week)
Duration: 12 Months
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overview
A 12-month contract opportunity within a Strategy team supporting executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure strategic priorities are clearly communicated and progress is measured effectively.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working with senior leadership stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials for leadership forums
- Consolidate input from cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear, high-impact strategic messaging
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs aligned to business priorities
- Validate quarterly updates and provide performance insights and trend analysis
- Support and coordinate high-visibility strategic events (leadership forums, town halls, offsites)
- Develop communications materials (presentations, infographics, internal platforms) to reinforce strategy and engagement
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across reporting and communications
Must-Have Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-level decks)
- Strong Excel skills (analysis, tracking, reporting)
- Proven experience managing stakeholders across multiple levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Nice to Have
- Capital Markets exposure
- Marketing or branding experience
- Process improvement experience (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking)
- Exposure to AI initiatives
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, or enterprise collaboration tools
