This position is responsible for comprehensive coordination, detailed status reporting, risk management, and ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones and final deliverables.
The IT Project Manager develops, implements, and continuously improves project management frameworks, processes, and best practices tailored to the IT organization’s needs.
By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors, this role ensures that projects are completed within scope, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards and aligning with strategic business objectives.
Additionally, the IT Project Manager proactively identifies potential challenges, facilitates effective communication across all levels, and drives stakeholder engagement to meet and exceed customer expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience).
Five (5) years of proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) required.
Familiarity with change management principles and tools required.
What would we love to see 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management.
PMP certification preferred.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams. xkddfxh
