About

*Pam Manser & Associates Speech Therapy* is a dynamic speech pathology and occupational therapy private practice serving the Lake Norman communities of Mooresville and Denver, North Carolina.
_We are currently seeking __*two part-time, North Carolina licensed, ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologists*_ _to provide evaluation and treatment of pediatric speech and language disorders. The positions are primarily pediatric, with potential opportunity to also treat adults._
* _*Additionally, we are offering one part-time pediatric position in our Mooresville clinic.*_
_Compensation is highly competitive and structured as __*W-2, fee-for-service*__, with strong income potential based on caseload and productivity._
_We are currently offering an __*experience-based sign-on bonus*_ _up to $1000._

*Responsibilities:*
Perform evaluations, set collaborative therapy goals and develop client-centered plans of care.
Perform case management responsibilities, including management of your daily schedule, timely completion of required notes and documentation of services provided.
*Qualifications and Experience:*
North Carolina license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
Ideal candidate is self-directed with strong communication, organizational and interdisciplinary skills
2+ years' experience in the field preferred, skills in feeding disorders is a plus

Bonuses are based on professional experience as follows:
* *$500 *for 1–5 years of experience
* *$1,000 *for more than 5 years of experience
Flexibility in your schedule for 10 to 20 hours available to accommodate patient appointments
Competitive fee-for-service pay model, with reliable rate increases based on longevity in the practice
Financial contribution to a therapist's CEU requirement offered annually after 3 years in the practice
Generous offering of flex funds, or time-off pay, similar to PTO
Bi-weekly pay every other Friday via direct deposit as a W-2 employee
