Project Manager / Estimator - Construction

Job Description

UIG Tank Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to support our growing in-house construction team. This role focuses on estimating and planning industrial or heavy civil concrete foundations for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings and define project scope
• Perform quantity takeoffs (concrete, rebar, formwork, anchor bolts, aggregates)
• Prepare labor, equipment, and material cost estimates
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and PMs
• Support bid development and foundation planning
• Attend site walks and pre-bid meetings as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating experience (industrial/heavy civil preferred)
• Strong understanding of structural and civil drawings
• Knowledge of concrete foundations, rebar, and formwork
• Detail-oriented with strong math and communication skills
• Based in South Orange County for in-office collaboration

Location: East Lake Forest, near the 241 Toll Road.

Pay is commensurate with your experience and is negotiable.
