Hardscape Crew Foreman

Job Description

The Hardscape Foreman is responsible for leading installation crews, managing day-to-day job site operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hardscape construction, the ability to read and interpret plans, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew on residential and commercial hardscape projects
• Oversee and assist in installation of pavers, fencing, drainage systems, retaining walls, lighting, pool decking, and outdoor kitchens
• Read and interpret construction plans, layouts, and project specifications
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
• Operate and supervise the use of landscape and construction equipment
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily tasks for crew members
• Communicate with project managers and team members regarding progress and issues

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hardscape installation and outdoor construction
• Experience installing pavers, retaining walls, fencing, drainage, lighting, pool decks, and outdoor kitchens, etc. required
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and layouts
• Experience managing crews and leading job site operations
• Skilled in operating landscape and construction equipment (skid steers, compactors, excavators etc.)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license required

Requirements:

• Must provide a resume with verifiable work experience and reliable credentials
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation:
Pay based on experience.
