About
- Maintain a comprehensive portfolio overview of all Data & AI initiatives, including data products, dashboards, ML models, and GenAI use cases
- Ensure portfolio transparency for internal stakeholders and regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Partner with business and tech colleagues and BI Domain Owners to align capacity, delivery planning, and business priorities
- Co-develop and maintain prioritisation logic with Prioritisation Management, considering business value, regulatory requirements, innovation potential, and readiness
- Funnel new business-driven ideas into the right execution domains (BI, TOM, Value Labs, AI Engineering), providing early-stage guidance
- Oversee portfolio-level tracking of initiatives from pilot through scale-up, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Provide clear visibility into delivery capacity and portfolio composition for decision-making forums
- Define and own the success metrics framework for all Data & AI activities
- Drive the collection and reporting of KPIs such as adoption, automation impact, and cost savings
- Ensure that business value is quantified, validated, and communicated effectively to stakeholders
- Own and maintain a standardised use case framework covering lifecycle stages, evaluation criteria, and required artifacts
- Provide guidance and enablement to business units and delivery teams for consistent use case shaping and execution
- 7–10+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, or prioritisation roles preferably within data or AI domains
- Proven track record in developing and applying prioritisation frameworks for complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of business value measurement and realisation in technology-driven initiatives
- Solid understanding of data platforms, analytics capabilities, AI/ML development lifecycles, and governance requirements
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act) and their impact on portfolio management
- Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or other data-intensive industries is a plus
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a strategic outlook
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organisation
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving consensus
