  • Location: Harrias Barn, Hedgerley Lane, Beaconsfield, HP9 2SD
  • Full-time – 40 hours per week (5 days)
  • Salary: £27,497.60 per annum
  • Essential: Level 3 Childcare Qualification

Our nursery is set in a beautifully converted former farm, creating a warm and welcoming environment that has been rated Good by Ofsted. With spacious barn buildings full of charm and a fantastic outdoor space, children love to explore and learn here. Our long-standing team, led by experienced management with over 18 years in early years education, ensures a friendly atmosphere for families. Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development needs.
  • Be an active and professional member of the team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and followed.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
