Pay Starting at $17.25/HourResponsibilities:Overseeing the Rides Department training programServing as the primary trainer for Certified Safe classesDeveloping a continuing education program for all levels of rides leadership and team membersAssisting in Leadership Trainings Writing and updating the divisional schedulesAssisting in hiring and recruitment when necessaryEnsuring that proper staffing levels are maintainedAuditing the skills and performance of Team Members, Leads, and Division Supervisors Creating a positive work environment through motivation and interaction with both leadership and Ride Operators and Attendants Maintaining high levels of Guest satisfaction through the Six Flags MantraEnforcing Six Flags New England Policies Assisting in other areas of the Rides Department Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assignedQualifications:Prior Ride Operation Experience Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership, motivational, and organizational skillsDetail orientation and ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languageWilling to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAble to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc. 18 years old or older
