Founded over a century ago, our family-owned plumbing and heating company seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager  to lead residential projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from pre-construction to completion
  • Review plans and specifications
  • Develop accurate estimates
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and material lists
  • Coordinate and track fixtures
  • Coordinate crews, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor job costs, timelines, and quality
  • Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and general contractors
  • Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years plumbing project management experience or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and codes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Estimating/software proficiency
  • Journeyman/Master license preferred but not required
  • Hydronic heating experience preferred but not required
  • Service Titan experience preferred but not required
