• Salary: £29,120 per annum
• Essential: Level 3 Childcare Qualification

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in:

• Assisting management in delivering the highest standards of care and education for children.
• Collaborating with the Room Leader and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contributing creative ideas to planning for high-quality learning and development.
• Liaising with staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Adhering to all nursery policies and procedures.
• Meeting health, safety, and environmental health requirements.

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
• Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years - Essential
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations - Desirable
• Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS - Essential
• Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential
