PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description

LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support operational excellence across cross functional teams in Alameda, CA. This role oversees project coordination, financial tracking, vendor interaction, and process improvement to ensure smooth execution of business operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross functional project activities and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
• Track budgets, expenses, POs, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to Finance.
• Liaise with vendors to reconcile invoices, confirm expenses, and support issue resolution.
• Support forecasting by organizing project and financial data for stakeholder review.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, documentation requirements, and SOX standards.
• Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Assist with system enhancements, new initiatives, and operational projects as needed.
• Act as a communication bridge between Finance, Operations, and functional partners.

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-9 years of experience in project management, operations, or supply chain preferably in a regulated industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Background working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting financial processes (budgeting, accruals, forecasting) is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification preferred.
