Demolition Supervisor

Job Description

Rockslide is looking to hiring a demolition supervisor / foreman with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a crew consisting of anywhere from 1-20 crew members.

Essential Job Duties:

• Displays leadership, initiative and professionalism

• Can read and communicate plans accurately and effectively

• Works well with clients, vendors and other employees / management

• Completes job-related paperwork, pre-task planning, and forewarning of changes

• Correctly using and maintaining all Rockslide equipment

Other Requirements: * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, and physical.

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be willing to work hard, learn, and be part of a team environment

• Must be safety-oriented

• Dependable, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Proactive & self-motivated

• Working indoors & outdoors with the possibility of adverse weather conditions

• Flexible availability to work days/nights/weekends

• Must have 5 years of verified commercial experience
