About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Victor, NY . In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and lead internal teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to meet technical, process, and material requirements while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the customer advocate and single point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams to ensure all customer requirements are understood and met.
• Manage the full program lifecycle including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
• Review and interpret customer documentation; collaborate internally to resolve technical and logistical issues.
• Set up quotes and customer orders in ERP systems and lead internal kickoff meetings.
• Ensure adherence to government contract regulations (FAR/DFARS) and internal company procedures.
• Manage pricing efforts including material quotations, labor estimates, and NRE cost development.
• Monitor and drive program financial performance to meet or exceed company targets.
• Identify and escalate project risks with recommended solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required , preferably in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Program Management within manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Excel.
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP software is a plus.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracting is desirable.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for government compliance).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
