Program Assistant/ Manager on Duty

Job Description

This position is a dual role, primarily serving as a Program Assistant ((Part-Time/Full-Time)), with Manager on Duty responsibilities assigned as needed.

In the Program Assistant capacity, the focus is on providing direct care to clients and providing creative and enthusiastic organization of games and activities.

As Manager on Duty, responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring participant engagement. This role involves handling scheduling, maintaining compliance, and bridging management and frontline staff to deliver quality health and social services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.
