JOB SUMMARY
Join a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare organization where cybersecurity directly supports the trust and safety of our patients and staff. As an entry-level Cybersecurity Analyst, you'll work closely with other Information Systems teams to monitor and respond to threats using advanced tools like EDR/XDR. You'll follow established procedures to manage alerts, contribute to risk mitigation, and strengthen our overall security posture-while developing professionally within a supportive and interconnected environment.
JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Will ONLY consider candidates from the following states: MO, IL, TN, AR, VA
Education (one of the following): Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or an Associate's Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience
Certification & Licensures:
Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, etc.) are encouraged and supported.
Experience:
Exposure to cybersecurity tools or concepts-through coursework, internships, or entry-level roles-is helpful but not required for candidates with a degree. Candidates qualifying through experience should demonstrate hands-on involvement in IT or cybersecurity-related tasks.
Saint Francis Healthcare System is committed to a compensation philosophy that aligns to the fiftieth percentile of the marketplace, while also crediting applicable and/or relevant work experience when computing compensation offers for selected candidates. Internal equity is factored into all offers presented to candidates.
Minimum annual salary: $55,183.78/year
