Testing of UEFI/BIOS on PCs Perform functional, regression, and system-level testing for BIOS. Conduct interface testing for UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, and DAC. Collaborate with development teams to identify, debug and resolve issues. Document test procedures, results, and maintain bug reports.
Work Experience
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Computer Engineering, or related field. 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems and firmware testing. Experience in UEFI/BIOS testing on desktops/laptops. Proficiency in firmware application testing . Experience testing hardware interfaces: UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, DAC. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of firmware security testing (e.g., secure boot, TPM). Exposure to board bring-up and hardware validation processes.
