Interior Operations Manager  

Pittsburgh, PA | Full-Time | $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)  

McClellands Contracting & Roofing is growing our Interior Division, and we’re looking for an experienced Interior Operations Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish. 

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects at once, and know how to keep crews and subcontractors aligned, this role is for you. 

What You’ll Do As An Interior Operations Manager  

• Oversee day-to-day operations of interior remodeling projects (kitchens, baths, additions, renovations) 
• Manage 3–12 active projects at a time 
• Coordinate in-house crews and subcontractors 
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards 
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle 
• Track job progress and documentation in AccuLynx 
• Conduct job site visits and resolve issues proactively 

What We’re Looking For In An Interior Operations Manager  

• 5+ years of construction project management or operations experience 
• Strong residential construction knowledge (carpentry, framing, finishes) 
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple timelines 
• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Tech-comfortable (CRM/project management systems)
