Extension is seeking a Project Manager for a direct-hire opportunity for a client located in Waukesha, WI .

Job Summary: The project manager will be in charge of owning anywhere form 1-3 projects at a time from start to finish. They will be responsible for ensuring the project stays on track (time wise/budget wise) and follows all company and/or government protocols. Average projects are any where from $35-$60 million - multistory construction, to k-12 school buildings, to office building, etc. They will work hand in hand with all architects, engineers, contracts, and owners. They will have manager duties and responsible for day to day assignments for Assistant PM and Sr. Project Executive. PMs are also responsible for providing weekly reporting, financial updates, project updates, budget updates, issues in the field etc weekly to owners/leadership teams.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree: construction management, architecture, related field
* 4-12yrs of experience in project management
* Background in construction management (NOT residential or civil)
Salary:
* $100-168k/yr w/ profit sharing – based on experience
