Qualifications:

• Minimum (5) years with both commercial and residential construction experience
• Minimum (2) years as a Project Manager overseeing both Commercial & Residential construction
• Experience with Division 9 disiplines

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large budgets ($300k–$3mm+)
• Create estimates for commercial and residential construction
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, trades, and subcontractors
• Handle scheduling and procurement
• Work directly with business owners and homeowners
• Oversee permitting and regulatory compliance
• Oversee quality control and finishes
• Manage contracts and change order
• Create and track project schedules
• Conduct risk management and cost control
• Lead site meetings and stakeholder updates
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance

Required Skills Needed:

• Strong contract knowledge
• Construction Estimating
• Budget forecasting & cost control
• Scheduling software proficiency
• Microsoft Outlook, Docusign, Dropbox and Excel
• Leadership of large teams
• Negotiation skills
