Are you a strategic leader who knows how to take a commercial site from a raw blueprint to a Grand Opening? We are looking for a high-energy Construction Project Manager to lead our projects from planning through implementation.

While we handle a diverse range of Commercial Construction , our bread and butter is the Retail Space —think grocery stores, auto parts retailers, and high-traffic consumer hubs. If you have deep experience in retail construction, you’re our ideal candidate. However, if you are a seasoned Commercial PM who is sharp, adaptable, and ready to learn the fast-paced world of retail, we have the team to teach you the ropes.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Project Lifecycle: Oversee every phase of construction, ensuring a seamless transition from initial planning to final walkthrough.

• Strategic Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, materials, and manpower to ensure projects remain profitable and efficient.

• Onsite Leadership: Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, maintaining a culture of safety and high-performance workmanship.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, engineers, city/county officials, inspectors, and clients.

• Expert Negotiation: Interface with contractors and vendors to secure high-quality materials and labor at reasonable costs.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure every square foot of the build adheres strictly to the original plans, specifications, and local building codes.

Qualifications

• Commercial Expertise: Proven experience in Commercial Construction Management is highly preferred.

• Retail Familiarity: Experience with grocery stores, auto stores, or "big box" retail is highly preferred (but we are willing to train a strong Commercial PM).

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing modern construction management software to track scheduling and budgets.

• Leadership Prowess: A strong, decisive leader who can command a job site and inspire a team.

• The "Detail" Mindset: Extremely deadline-oriented with the ability to manage the fine details without losing sight of the big picture.
