About
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the performance of all trade contractors in conjunction with the Field Superintendent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs and provide monthly project updates
- Manage project cost changes and related project budgets
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are followed
- Manage day to day client interactions and expectations
- Manage quality assurance/quality control program
- Understand and enforce contract and subcontract agreements, including contract negotiations and change orders
Requirements:
- Mimimum 2 years of experience functioning as a Project Manager
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and ensure project safety
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to meet owners' needs
- Excellent verbal and witten communication skills
- Healthcare construction experience preferred
