Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an applicant that is ambitious, who will be trained into a project manager role within our company. The candidate will eventually be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects.  Some projects will be out of state, so applicant must be willing to travel as needed for the project.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects from award to completion
• Help with the permit submission procurement process
• Create & manage project schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field staff and suppliers procurement and delivery of materials for the project
• Assist with the submittal approval process
• Attend project meetings as necessary
• Coordinate with superintendent and provide necessary office support, such as resolving design issues, plan discrepancies, coordinating with the design team
• Coordinate with municipality building department to closeout project and obtain Certificate of Occupancy

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not required
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Deadline & detail oriented
• Leadership skills
