Job Description
In search of an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team! This role requires overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (2+ years) in construction management as a Project Manager
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and compsoing emails
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-starter that is deadline and detail-oriented and able to work in fast paced environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook
- Large project experience including medical, K-12 Schools, commercial large scale projects, and/or municipal projects
**Office located in Tyler, TX area but open to partially remote candidates from surrounding areas that are willing to travel to the office 1-2 days a week. Out of town travel to jobsites also required occasionally.
